"Lack of Integrity"
I've asked multiple times for Ninjaoutreach to take down my content according to their public promise and opt-out choice.

It gets pushed up the chain, and then silence.

They show ZERO integrity in this situation, so why would they be trustworthy in other areas?!!!

This ain't a tough ask, Ninjaoutreach. Just get rid of my SirWobbles content.

"Huge Rip-off - Watch Out"
This is a huge rip-off. They lure you in with a free trial, but then they hit my card for $3000. I reached out just 3 minutes later to say it was an error, and they totally ignored me.

"Beware of NinjaOutreach: A Scam Operation"
NinjaOutreach is a total scam that engages in shady business practices that are downright fraudulent. Their cancellation process is a real headache and super confusing (I thought I had canceled, but nope), and then they went ahead and charged my credit card for a whole year’s subscription ($1850) right after my so-called 'seven-day risk-free trial' ended, which they advertised as 'cancel anytime.' How can they say you can 'cancel anytime' when they just hit my card for a full YEAR without even checking if I wanted to renew after the trial? This definitely wasn’t a risk-free trial since I’m now out nearly $2000. Their free trial is automatically set to a yearly billing option, making that the default while they promote 'just $155/month'—that’s just misleading and not transparent at all.

Not only is the product itself awful because it didn’t have any of the influencer emails I needed, but it seems like they’ve pulled the same trick on a lot of other customers too, luring them in with a free trial just to grab their credit card info so they can charge them and deny refunds due to some fine print buried deep in their terms and conditions (which you agree to just by signing up). It’s a shame they profit this way by setting traps instead of earning money through happy, returning customers.

A decent, law-abiding business wouldn’t charge someone $1,850 without getting their clear permission first and would have a fair refund policy so customers wouldn’t have to resort to posting reviews to get their money back. I have a feeling there’s a reason they don’t have a customer service rep available by phone. Instead, you have to deal with an online chatbox before you can even talk to a real person.

In summary, they are a scam company involved in fraudulent practices that clearly break consumer protection laws. They’ve raked in thousands through false advertising and sneaky billing methods. If you take a look at some of the other reviews from unhappy customers who’ve had similar experiences, it’s obvious they rely on these scammy tactics to make money and have cheated many folks out of their hard-earned cash with predatory subscription schemes.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

"Stay Away, They're Crooks"
Seriously, just steer clear of these guys. I’ve got a prepaid debit card with just 3 bucks on it that I only use for free trials to keep things safe. Three days after signing up for their free trial, they tried to hit me with an $1800 charge, but it didn’t go through since I was low on funds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

"The top choice for..."
This is definitely the top choice for pulling influencer leads in large quantities. I was really impressed with the accuracy of their email information.

I rate it 4 out of 5 just because some exports have a handful of contacts without emails, and there's quite a bit of overlap if you're getting data from both their Instagram and YouTube influencers.

"Avoid this website at all costs!"
Steer clear of this site! The information is outdated, filled with mistakes, and they label accounts with slightly above-average engagement as 'suspicious'! If you take a moment to check these accounts, you'll see there's nothing amiss, and you can find all the info on your own! Don't waste your money on a scam!

"Beware of this scam site!"
Be careful! Don't fall for this site's free trial offer! It's a total scam. I signed up thinking it was free, but it’s really set up to hit you with a hefty charge for a whole year ($1856). When I reached out to customer service to cancel and get my money back, it was a total waste of time. They’ve got all sorts of excuses to keep your cash and make you stick with their service, even if you really don’t want to. Anyone out there who can help me get my money back? Seriously, I don’t want anyone else to go through this frustrating experience. Thanks a lot.

"Ninja Outreach: A Business to Avoid"
Ninja Outreach operates on a dishonest model, profiting from misleading 'trial' accounts. I decided to give their service a shot, but the messaging was super unclear (just like many others have noted). I reached out to Ninja Outreach just minutes after I accidentally upgraded my trial to a full paid account ($1428) by adding another user ($19). After reading other reviews, it’s clear there are several tactics they use to trick unsuspecting customers into spending money. What begins as a 'trial' quickly turns into a full commitment due to vague notifications. Plus, they’re really quick to remind you of their 'no refunds' policy. Seriously, steer clear of this company. They don’t seem to care about their customers at all. You can find the same services elsewhere, like with Influencity, which is the route we decided to take.

"Ninja Outreach is a Total Scam!"
Ninja Outreach is absolutely a scam. I tried it out for about 10 minutes to figure out what it was all about, but I quickly realized it wasn't for me and canceled my subscription. Then, a week later, I woke up to find they had already taken $300 from my account! They won’t even respond to my emails or chat messages on their site. Seriously, steer clear of this platform; they’re just a bunch of scam artists. All the info they provide is stuff you can easily find on social media anyway.

"TOTAL RIP-OFF"
This fraudulent operation doesn't even warrant a single star rating. Like many others on this site, I stumbled upon NinjaOutreach while hunting for Instagram influencers back in December 2020. I thought I found a legit company offering a 7-day free trial, but it turned out to be a sneaky way to grab your credit card info and then rob you blind. They say, "Just a heads up, when you sign up, there are terms and conditions you can check out here..."

Here’s what went down: I signed up for that 7-day trial to check out their website and tools. There were a bunch of greyed-out boxes, and if you clicked one, a pop-up would offer an upgrade to the pro version. It’s super easy to click without really reading, since it doesn’t look like a contract or anything that warns you about getting hit with a $1,428 charge. I accidentally clicked it, and boom, they charged me $1,428 for a subscription.

I quickly reached out to their support for a refund and also notified my bank. They assured me I’d get a REFUND and said, "We can cancel your account now, or I can offer you a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, as long as you don’t export any data. If you’re just using the sending features, you can get a full refund anytime." I noticed a reversed payment from my bank, so I thought they had refunded me and didn’t stress about it for a bit. But come March, I saw that my bank charged me $1,428 again. I called, and it turned out the claim was denied; that reversed payment was just a temporary hold by the bank, not an actual refund from the company.

I reached out to NinjaOutreach again about the issue, and they told me the bank was still sorting it out. After months of back and forth, I ended up paying $1,428 for services I never even used, all while they promised me a money-back guarantee. Now they say, "Since your bank has closed the case, we can’t reverse the charge. Our terms and conditions apply, and you agreed to them when you signed up." I asked them why they promised me a refund only to blame me for agreeing to the terms and the bank for closing the case, but I got no response.

This site is shady. They’re scamming customers out of so much cash. PLEASE AVOID this site and NEVER share your credit card info with ANYONE without doing your homework first. Learn from my blunder.

"SHARING INFO WITHOUT PERMISSION"
NinjaOutreach has my Instagram info listed on their site. I never agreed to that. I've reached out to them more than five times requesting its removal, but no response yet.

"User-Friendly Site and Helpful Support"
The site is straightforward, and it's simple to navigate the questions. Comprehensive details on the influencers are provided. The customer service is both clever and attentive.
